  1. How about this one by D James Kennedy….
“All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.” I imagine when eighteenth-century British spokesman Edmund Burke spoke this powerful truth, he never envisioned how his words would apply to our lives today. Yet, in America today we stand at a crossroads. As the practice of traditional, biblical morality decays around us, many choose to watch from the sidelines. In a time when many cling to the ideals of relative truth, few are willing to share God’s absolute Truth. As Burke’s words remind us, we do our neighbors no favors by keeping silent. Ignoring the changes around us will not make them cease, nor will it protect us from the effects of this steady decline. Christians can make a difference! If they will but decide that, though they can’t do everything, they can do something, and what they can do they will do, we can change the nation. Scripture clearly calls believers to faithful service-even in the little things, and as we are faithful, God uses our efforts. We need not worry about the immediate impact; instead, we obey His leading and trust Him for the results.
Not a quote but more of a thought that applies as election day approaches.
